The Greenville-Pitt County Convention & Visitors Bureau operates a Visitors Center located at 417 Cotanche Street Suite 100 across from the Fourth Street Parking Garage in the Downtown Greenville District. At the Visitors Center, you will find a wealth of information and friendly staff to help you discover the many reasons why Greenville-Pitt County is such a special place to visit, live, work, and play!

The City of Greenville utilizes the Passport Parking app to help make paying for metered parking easier for drivers. Passport allows secure payments using a debit or credit card and enables users to monitor parking, extend parking remotely, and view parking history.

The City of Greenville also offers kiosks in the Downtown Greenville as an alternative form of payment for parking. You can also pay by phone through Passport Parking by calling (252) 417-2554.

Below is a breakdown of the hourly parking options.

 

4th Street Parking Deck (across from the Visit Greenville, NC Offices & Visitors Center

Located at 120 E 4th St on the corner of Cotanche St & 4th St.

First 2 hours free, afterwards $0.75 per hour in 15-minute increments, 7:00 am–7:00 pm.

Enforcement is 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

 

Hourly Surface Lot Parking

First two hours are FREE

$0.75 per hour (after the first two hours) charged in 15-minute increments

No time limit (excluding the Chico's Lot)

Enforcement is 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

 

Hourly On-Street Parking

First two hours are FREE

$1.00 per hour (after the first two hours)

3 hour maximum

Enforcement is 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
