Farmville Dogwood Festival

Every April for over 25 years the town of Farmville has proudly hosted the Farmville Dogwood Festival on the beautiful town common amongst the oaks, azaleas, dogwoods, annuals and perennials. The Farmville Dogwood Festival has even been honored as a Legacy Festival by the Library of Congress. This weekend of family-friendly fun and entertainment has been known to draw crowds of over 30,000. The festival features an arts & crafts pavilion displaying the creative talents and work of artisans from all across Eastern North Carolina, which are available for purchase by the public, along with tents for kids to create their own unique crafts! The gazebo provides a great venue for lots of live local music during the day, while the ball field hosts the headlining music acts at night for patrons to enjoy. Delicious food vendors, carnival rides, and games are also available for all to enjoy!
