Back in 1995 two friends met in kindergarten, flash forward twenty years to 2015, and those two friends opened Trollingwood Taproom & Brewery!
Trollingwood’s brewer, Grayson Williams, is a master of classic aleing techniques with his own eclectic mix of styles aimed to appeal to a wide range of tastes. Williams has perfected four staple Trollingwood brews, along with a unique lineup of rotating seasonals. The Trollingwood taproom offerings also include experimental batches and guest taps from some of the best local North Carolina breweries.Trollingwood Taproom & Brewery is a nanobrewery comprises approximately 2000 square feet of brewing and taproom space, including the brew house floor, open seating for guests, a long bar made of beautiful reclaimed wood, a spacious outdoor patio, and convenient on-site parking.
Trollingwood is housed in a building that dates back to 1924, that was completely renovated in 2015 by contractors specializing in adaptive-reuse construction and preservation techniques. The historic character of the building was carefully preserved, while incorporating modern updates suited to the brewery’s functional needs. Located in the Dickinson Avenue Arts & Innovation District in Uptown Greenville, Trollingwood is close to some of the best restaurants, shops, museums and galleries in Greenville!
