The Art Lab is an Arts Incubator and Gallery founded in 2019 as an emerging artist incubator space for fine arts and crafts including sculpture, jewelry, hand dyed textiles, painting, drawing and photography and administered by the Pitt County Arts Council, with partners of A Time for Science, the City of Greenville, and East Carolina University’s School of Art and Design. As an Arts Incubator, the Art Lab houses four artist studios, giving the artists studio space to explore and create their art, as well as sell within the gallery space located on the A Time for Science- Greenville campus. The ArtLab allows guests to meet and interact with the artists-in-residence while they work and shop for unique pieces in their retail gallery.
