Downtown Greenville First Friday ArtWalk

Experience the incredible creative culture and community spirit of Downtown Greenville every First Friday of the month from 5pm - 8pm (and later!) during the Downtown Greenville First Friday ArtWalk! Local art galleries and museums, libraries and live music venues, breweries and coffeeshops, and more all open their doors to welcome visitors to enjoy art, performances, and culinary experiences!

The Downtown Greenville First Friday ArtWalk is a self-guided, self-paced walking tour, you can visit as many participating venues as you like and create your own ArtWalk adventure!

Hitch a Ride on the Emerald Express

If you want to quickly get from place to place, catch a FREE ride on the Emerald Express Trolley to quickly get from stop to stop! The Emerald Express runs from 5pm - 8pm during the First Friday ArtWalk, starting and stopping for the night at Emerge Gallery & Art Center, and circulates through Downtown Greenville, ECU Main Campus, and Dickinson Avenue, making stops at or near every stop on the ArtWalk every 20 minutes or so. You can hop on and off at any stop!
